What’s the difference between regular lunges and The Godi Method® lunges?
Watching this picture you could think that there is no difference between a regular lunge performed with a correct form and The Godi Method® lunge.
In reality the difference exists, but you can’t see it in this picture, as The Godi Method® lunge is based on an inner work. In fact, what you can’t see in this photo, is the work the client is doing, through proper breathing and correct postural alignment, in breaking the patterns of tension, so that the leg muscles work more efficiently and to an higher degree. The result is that you will need to perform fewer lunges and just one series to feel the work, and you won’t need to add extra-weight ( for ex. dumbbells).
This process will strengthen your leg muscles reducing the interference of other muscles and the stress on your joints.
